In November 2020, the Florida grassroots movement "Florida Death With Dignity" was started, and has achieved great progress towards raising awareness about an additional end of life care option called medical aid in dying.  Our efforts resulted in the "Florida End-of-Life Options Act" filed in both the House and Senate in 2023 and 2024.  We are talking with legislators about the strict requirements and safeguards of medical aid in dying legislation and listening to their feedback.
